Dr. Uhlenbrook has formally taken up this position on the 1st September 2022. Until his appointment, he had been the Strategic Programme Director for Water, Food and Ecosystems at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI). We take this opportunity to bid a fond farewell to our Director Dr. Johannes Cullmann who founded the Water and Climate Coalition Secretariat in 2020 and helped grow the Coalition to what it became. We wish him all the best in his next role as the Special Advisor on Sustainable Development to the President of the United Nations General Assembly In New York.
